The hotel provided a comfortable double bed. i really appreciated the massage chair available directly in my room. the shower was also amazing, i found its design very functional. i used the luggage service and it arrived on time at our next destination. I'm very grateful.

i found the location very convenient for accessing public transportation, as a metro line is located next to the hotel entrance. tokyo station is also within walking distance, it's roughly six minutes away! the area around the hotel felt quieter, which i valued.

The location was good. The Ginza line station was close to the hotel doors.

The room was SMALL, REALLY small! There was NO space to open my suitcase properly. A massage chair occupied the ONLY area where I could have potentially opened it. It's frustrating!

The room size was REALLY disappointing. I could barely open my suitcase. A massage chair took up valuable space, made navigating the small room difficult. It's mind-boggling that they prioritized a massage chair over functional space.
